Character Age: 29
Job: Head Mechanic And Supervisor Of Such Undermechanics As May Come To Assist Him In His Great And Glorious Role.
Canon: In the imaginary end of the 19th century, there exists a man known as the Earl of the Millennium. He is raising an army of Akuma, in order to destroy the human race. Akuma are essentially killing machines, forced to the do the bidding of the man who created them, gaining experience with each human they kill and eventually, slowly evolving into more deadly forms. The only ones who stand a chance against them are the Exorcists, members of the Black Church. They wield Anti-Akuma weapons called Innocence, out of which only 18 out of 109 Innocence users have been found. Allen Walker, Rabi, and Rinali Li are among them.

Komui Li is not an Innocence compatible person. As Rinali's older brother and the only family she had left after their parents were killed, he entered the Black Church for her sake, and became the Science Group Supervisor in order to stay close to her. He wishes, to some degree, that he could be alongside his sister on the frontlines and is almost always working to improve the quality of equipment they have available for the Exorcists, even while out of the Headquarters. And by working I mean handing off his work to his many assistants. Above all, he wants to win the war, and save mankind, even making himself seem cold-hearted to protect the others. Komui has a habit of sleeping sporadically, whenever he gets time, and the only way to wake him up from a nap is to tell him that Rinali is getting married. Just make sure you can jump out of the way fast enough~

I'm not going to hurt them, just make sure that they're properly trained and fully ready to take on the task of courting you, Rinali. Really. The drills are merely a precaution! All reconstructive surgery requires drills!

Ahem. Good morning, everyone. My name is Komui Li. It's very nice to meet you all, yes. I believe a few of you may be acquainted with a couple of my associates, Rabi and Allen Walker. And of course, my sister, Rinali Li. (You should know her, everyone loves Rinali! That sounds like it would be an interesting drama of some sort.) Our areas of expertise are not exactly the same but I assure you that my own skills as a scientist and researcher are second to none. My sister is quite late in finishing with her mission, and I was given a chance to take a break from work and see her myself, provided I bring my work along with me.

Of course, I agreed rather graciously, and even volunteered to examine the Akuma rumour that had been reported, with only the slightest hint from my assistant. Also, I promised to send reports back on this town's fascinating technology. Imagine how much paper could be saved! Finally, here I was, freshly off the train station with the escorts on hand, and while they were talking to the lepers stationed outside the gates, I slipped past, ready to see my sister, standing there with open arms! Or at least her boots de-activated?

Speaking of lepers, I'm astounded at the lack of acknowledgement toward sanitation and the general well-being of the people who live here. They are, if I recall correctly, the very heart of this happy little settlement? Not just the lepers themselves, who are in dire need of medical attention and some psychiatric assistance, but well. Everyone else. I'm rather suprised you've managed to hold on so long in this enviroment, really. I would like to see if there is a way our technologies can meld together in a way that will end in a more peaceful atmosphere.

While I wait for paperwork a message to come through, I'll take my time here and will be more than happy to assist you all in any way possible. Whether this may be teaching your computers a thing or two, rebuilding any defunct machinery laying around, or possibly building a sentient robot that will help ease the pain, suffering, and loads of responsibility off your shoulders! Or not, or not. Don't worry, I think we'll have lots of fun here.
